We listed Mom and Dad’s house on June 1, and signed the closing papers yesterday. I cannot believe how fast Lee Mastin Golden Key Realty NC, LLC sold this house and that was with us having multiple offers and finally having to set an offer deadline so we could choose one. We would have closed even sooner but in that timeframe had to do all of the usual inspections, in which we discovered we needed to replace the roof (quotes accepted and completed) and replace the septic tank (which means getting a permit approved and getting quotes). The septic tank is not in but ready to go. We had some hiccups along the way, a lot of people to wait on and decisions to make, but Lee was right there guiding us, going above and beyond to get things completed as quickly as possible, and replying to text and phone calls at all hours. We have sold a home before and no realtor we have worked with (we have worked with a few as the other house did not sell anywhere near this fast) can hold a candle to Lee. His passion, drive and care for his clients and business are evident. I am not sure how he does all that he does!
